Our History
Spring 2007 saw the formation of Victory Rig Equipment Corporation - formerly Exact Canada Industries. Exact Canada Industries started operation in February 2002 with an 8500 square foot shop. The initial focus of the company was to retrofit and repair service rigs as well as perform CVIP’s (Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program).
With the tremendous growth in the oilfield industry, Exact Canada Industries filled a niche for service rig repair in Central Alberta. The company’s growth in 2004 spurred the lease of a second order to meet the growing demand for services. The company began providing an array of services including full fabrication and mechanical repair, a fully stocked parts and service centre, field service trucks and portable welders, offering 24-hour service throughout the Western Provinces and in the Western Territories.
In February 2005, the President, Ceasar Pinette, recognized the need to build a strong business structure in order to provide superior products and services to their customers and thereby brought in Kyle Makofka as a partner to restructure Exact Canada Industries.
Today, Victory Rig Equipment Corporation operates from its two state-of-the-art facilities in the Belich Industrial Park off Queen Elizabeth II Highway (Hwy 2). Victory Rig Equipment Corporation continues to provide unique and superior products to their customers with a distinct cost advantage and after sales service.
