Working safely and protecting the environment are essential parts of all work plans and activities, and compliance with our HSE standards is a condition of employment. Our Health, Safety, and Environment department works to ensure that we meet or exceed established health and safety standards, continually improve performance in areas where we face challenges, and prevent incidents that result in injury, illness, or environmental damage at our facilities.

We fully support the Alberta Privacy legislation (PIPA) in its role to protect the privacy of the individual. We treat our employees as part of our team and carefully protect the information entrusted to us. We will not disclose any personal information to any external company or person, without the employee’s informed consent, unless we are required by law to disclose this information.

Victory Rig Equipment cares about the personal health and well being of all employees and their families, and offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide confidential, professional counseling for a broad range of personal and family problems.

Compensation

Victory Rig Equipment recognizes that the company’s success depends upon the individuals working for it. Our compensation policy recognizes this and we strive to remain competitive with other companies within our marketplace, and we reward our employees based on their responsibilities and performance. We have an established rate of pay for Journeypersons, and our apprentices are paid a percentage of the set Journeyman rate, according to the standards set by the Alberta Apprenticeship Board. Non-trade positions are classified according to complexity, skill, experience and other pertinent factors.
