Compensation Victory Rig Equipment recognizes that the company’s success depends upon the individuals working for it. Our compensation policy recognizes this and we strive to remain competitive with other companies within our marketplace, and we reward our employees based on their responsibilities and performance. We have an established rate of pay for Journeypersons, and our apprentices are paid a percentage of the set Journeyman rate, according to the standards set by the Alberta Apprenticeship Board. Non-trade positions are classified according to complexity, skill, experience and other pertinent factors.
