Console to Drive

Total Integrated Drilling Rig Control System Designed in house with a class 1, division 2 rating the system combines all of the main rig functions.Via the 18" industrial touch screen monitor operator can control and/or monitor mud pump speed, (strokes per minute) drawworks speed, all of the rigs auxiliary motors, top drive speed and torque drawworks alarms and shutdowns including the amount of braking being applied.

Drawworks Integration

The drawworks speed is controlled by a joystick, actual speed is displayed on the screen. Band brake can be controlled by a joystick. Drawworks disk brakes can also be controlled with a joystick on the console. The amount of braking being applied is displayed on the screen. Connected to the drive building via a network cable. A screen in the drive building is similar to the driller's console.
