VRT200H Hydraulic Top Drive System

with Integrated Swivel - Includes all standard Victory pipe handling and safety features.

Quill Brake - Includes a hydraulic, spring applied, fail closed, twin disk quill braking system with a clamping force of 42 kN (10,000 ft-lb.). Disks are of a floating design which self orient. Calipers are easily accessible for quick change, and entire assembly is weather and drilling mud protected, and safety guarded.

Complete set of visually indicating, 5,000 PSI (340 atm.) rated, bi-directional flow meters, and temperature gauges, for each pump are included in order to monitor performance on individual pumps. Additional flow meters and temperature gauges are incorporated to monitor system performance.

Ergonomically designed Driller's Control Panel provides ease of operation for all Top Drive functions and includes visually indicating instrumentation for RPM and Torque, and illuminated warning lights for system interlocks and shutdowns.

The Cooling System provides thermal control for both the Open, and Closed Loop systems. A flow control proportionally shuttles hot oil to the cooling system. An Air / Liquid Exchanger is dedicated to each power group.
